Hi, I'm Sarah, one of the pharmacists here at this Wollongong store. What symptoms have you been experiencing lately, and when did they start?
Selamat pagi, Ibu. Sejak sekitar sepuluh hari yang lalu saya terus bersin-bersin, mata gatal, dan hidung tersumbat setiap pagi.
How long has this been going on, and have you already tried any tablets or sprays for the sneezing, itchy eyes or blocked nose?
Saya sudah coba tablet antihistamin yang dijual bebas, tapi gejalanya tidak hilang sepenuhnya, terutama saat cuaca berangin.
I'd suggest starting a corticosteroid nasal spray, used once each morning, alongside your current antihistamine tablets for much better symptom control.
Baik, saya akan coba semprotan itu. Tapi saya juga punya asma ringan, apakah semprotan itu aman digunakan bersamaan?
This spray won't interact badly with your asthma puffer, unless your asthma becomes quite severe, in which case please see your GP straightaway.
Oh, syukurlah kalau begitu tidak masalah. Kalau boleh tahu, berapa kira-kira harga semprotan hidung itu, Bu?
This particular spray costs around eighteen dollars, and you can also check daily pollen counts through the Bureau of Meteorology app before going outside.
Baik, delapan belas dolar tidak terlalu mahal. Saya juga akan pasang aplikasi itu. Berapa lama saya harus memakai semprotan ini?
Try using it consistently every morning for two weeks; if your symptoms haven't improved by then, please book an appointment with your regular GP.
Baik, saya akan pakai setiap pagi selama dua minggu dan kembali periksa kalau belum membaik. Terima kasih banyak, Bu Sarah.
