Good morning, I'm Sarah, the practice nurse today. Can you tell me exactly when your diarrhoea started and how many times you've had it since this morning?
医生您好，大概是从昨天晚上开始的，今天已经跑了六次厕所了，肚子一直咕噜咕噜地响，感觉很不舒服。
Six times in one day is quite frequent. Have you noticed any blood in your stool, a fever, or severe stomach cramps along with it?
没有看到血，但是有点低烧，大概三十七度五，肚子疼得比较厉害，尤其是吃完东西以后更明显。
Have you eaten anything unusual recently, such as seafood or takeaway, or travelled outside Australia in the past two weeks?
没有出国，不过前天晚上在外面一家新开的餐馆吃了海鲜，可能是那个引起的，别的东西都跟平时一样。
That could definitely explain it. It's very important you drink plenty of fluids regularly, since dehydration is the main risk with diarrhoea like this.
我明白了，那我应该喝什么比较好呢？白开水可以吗，还是需要喝一些特别配制的东西？
Plain water helps a little, but an oral rehydration solution is better, since it replaces the salts and sugar your body has lost.
好的，那我可以直接去药店买那种口服补液盐吗？需要医生开处方才能买吗？
