Thanks for coming in today. I've got your parking fine notice here—can you walk me through exactly what happened last week?
早上好。上周三我把车停在超市外面的装卸区，只是下去搬几袋买的东西，大概三分钟就回来了，可是回来的时候车上已经贴了罚单，我觉得这样不太公平。

Yes, you can upload all of that evidence through the Revenue NSW online portal today. If the review is unsuccessful, you still have the option to appeal to court.

Lodging the initial review with Revenue NSW doesn't cost anything. Only if you decide to proceed to court might there be additional costs involved.
