Thanks for coming in today. I'm Constable Lee - I have your details here. Could you walk me through exactly what happened to your car and where?
警官你好，我把车停在超市停车场，去买东西大概十分钟，回来发现车门被撞凹了一块，肇事的人没有留下任何字条就走了。
Do you remember the exact time and location of the incident, and did anyone witness the collision, or is there any CCTV nearby?
大概是下午三点左右，就在超市门口的停车位，我当时没有看到有人在场，不过那边好像装了监控摄像头。
Did you manage to see any part of the other vehicle's number plate, even just a few letters or numbers?
我只看清楚了前三个字母，是ABC，后面的数字没看清楚，因为那辆车开得太快了。

You can lodge the report online through the NSW Police Force Community Portal, or call the Police Assistance Line on 131 444, and you'll receive an event number for your insurance records.

Yes, your insurer will need that event number for the claim. Please contact them as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
