Thanks for coming in. I have your intake form showing a back injury at work — can you tell me what happened and when the pain started?
医生您好，昨天下午我在仓库搬箱子的时候，腰突然一阵剧痛，从那以后就一直没好。
Did you feel a sudden pull, or was it more of a gradual strain? On a scale of one to ten, how severe is the pain now?
应该是突然拉伤的，不是慢慢加重的。现在疼痛大概是七分，尤其是弯腰或者咳嗽的时候更痛。
Does the pain radiate down your legs, or is it isolated to your lower back only?
主要是在腰部，不会往腿上放射，但是站久了或者坐久了都会更明显。
I'd like to send you for an X-ray at Prince of Wales Hospital to rule out a fracture, since the pain hasn't improved in 24 hours.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
