Good morning, thanks for coming in today. Can you tell me how long you've had this headache, and exactly where it hurts the most?
从三天前开始的，主要痛在前额和太阳穴附近，早上起床的时候特别严重。
Have you noticed any nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light, or any changes in your vision along with this headache, or has anything made it worse?
没有恶心或呕吐，但是我对光比较敏感，昨天开车的时候觉得阳光特别刺眼。
Have you taken any medication such as paracetamol or ibuprofen for the pain, and if so, did it actually help at all?

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- Medicare直接说英文 Medicare，不用翻译，因为这是专有名词，中文里没有对应词。
- Concession card译为“优惠卡”或“福利优惠卡”，如果语境明确可保留英文Concession Card。
