Hello, I understand you've been having some allergy symptoms lately. Can you tell me exactly what you're experiencing today?
How long have you had these symptoms, and do they seem worse at a particular time of day, like early morning?
That sounds like hay fever, which is quite common this time of year. I'd recommend a non-drowsy antihistamine, which you can get at the pharmacy without a prescription.
This one generally shouldn't cause drowsiness, but everyone reacts differently, so it's best not to drive until you know exactly how you feel after taking it.
Take one tablet each morning, up to ten milligrams daily, and always with a full glass of water. Don't exceed that dose unless your doctor advises otherwise.
If your symptoms don't improve within a week, please make an appointment to see your GP, as you might need further testing or a stronger treatment plan.
