Good morning, I'm here from Services Australia to help you enrol in Medicare today. Could you please tell me your current visa status first?
我上个星期刚到澳洲，是持配偶签证过来的，还没有办理医保。
Thank you for that. Since you hold a partner visa, I'll need to see your passport and the visa grant notice from Home Affairs to proceed.
护照在这里，签证信息在手机里，我可以马上给你看电子版。
That's fine, an electronic copy will work well. I'll also need proof of your current address, such as a lease agreement or utility bill.
地址证明我有水电账单，大概什么时候能拿到医保卡呢？
Once we submit everything today, processing usually takes about two to four weeks, and the Medicare card will be posted to your address.
那这段时间如果生病了，还没拿到卡，能不能去看医生呢？
If you haven't received the card yet, you can still see a doctor, but you may need to pay upfront and claim the cost back later.
明白了，那我先生也需要一起申请吗？我们是一起来的。
Yes, since you're both eligible, we can enrol him under the same application today, and you'll each receive an individual Medicare card.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- Services Australia保留英文名称 Services Australia。
- Medicare直接说英文 Medicare，不用翻译，因为这是专有名词，中文里没有对应词。
- Partner visa建议译为“配偶签证”，或直接保留“partner visa”。
- Home Affairs保留英文名称 Home Affairs，可加简短说明“移民与边境事务部”。
