Welcome to headspace. I'm the mental health nurse here today. Can you tell me what's been troubling you these past few weeks, and how it's affecting your daily life?

That sounds really difficult. Have you noticed any changes in your appetite, sleep, or thoughts of harming yourself recently?

I'd like to refer you to a psychologist at headspace here in Sydney. If you don't have a referral, that's fine—we can arrange one for you today.

Most sessions here are bulk billed, so there shouldn't be any out-of-pocket cost for you. I can book you in for two weeks from now, if that suits.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- medicare直接说英文 Medicare，不用翻译，因为这是专有名词，中文里没有对应词。
- medicare card说“Medicare卡”，保留英文名称加“卡”字即可。
- lifeline直接说英文 Lifeline，因为这是机构专有名词。
