Thank you for coming in today. Over the past week, how many meals have you eaten each day, and have you often skipped breakfast, lunch, or eaten very little at dinner?
其实……我最近几乎不吃早饭，午饭也就随便吃两口，晚上有时候会突然吃很多，然后又很自责。
I understand this is hard to talk about. Do you ever make yourself vomit, use laxatives, or exercise excessively after eating, even when you're exhausted?
有时候吃多了以后我会很害怕，然后……会吐出来。我知道这样不好，但是控制不住。
I'd like to refer you to the Eating Disorders Service at Westmead Hospital, where a dietitian, doctor, and psychologist can support your recovery together.

Under Medicare, your first assessment won't cost anything, and most follow-up sessions throughout your treatment are also partly subsidised, so cost shouldn't stop you.

The first appointment is usually available within two weeks, unless your condition needs urgent attention sooner, in which case we can arrange that quickly.
