Thank you for coming in today. I have your file for last week's speeding ticket—could you confirm the date, location, and recorded speed?
早上好。是的，我上周三收到一张超速罚单，是在回家路上，具体路段我记不太清楚了，好像是在一条限速60的路上。
The notice shows you were recorded driving 68 km/h in a 60 zone, which is a minor speeding offence with demerit points attached.
什么？68公里？我记得我看仪表盘的时候明明只有62左右，这个记录是不是搞错了？我可以申诉吗？
If you believe the reading was incorrect, you can lodge a review request with Revenue NSW, but you must provide supporting evidence, such as GPS records or witness statements.
哦，那我得去哪里申请复核呢？还有，如果申诉不成功，我的驾照积分会不会受影响？
You submit the review request directly to Revenue NSW, and you can check your demerit point balance through Service NSW; if unsuccessful, points will still apply.
明白了，我会去Service NSW查一下。可是如果我暂时没办法一次付清罚款，可以分期付款吗？
If you can't pay the fine in full, you may apply for a payment plan through Revenue NSW before the due date on your notice.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- demerit points建议译为“违章扣分”或“驾照扣分”。
