Good morning. I heard you hurt your hand on site yesterday. Before we start the paperwork, how are you feeling today?
早上好。手还是很疼，昨天在搬钢架的时候被压到了，今天肿得更厉害了，握不了工具。
I'm sorry to hear that. You should see a doctor today and ask for a certificate of capacity. We need it for your claim.
好的。看医生的费用谁来出？我听同事说工伤有赔偿，但是我不知道怎么申请。
Reasonable medical costs are covered once your claim is accepted. I will lodge the incident report today, and you will need to fill in a claim form.
如果医生说我两个星期不能上班，这段时间的工资怎么算？我家里还要还房贷。
If your claim is approved, you receive weekly payments while you cannot work. The amount is based on your normal earnings.
那我什么时候能知道结果？申请交上去以后需要等很久吗？
The insurer must respond within a set time after we lodge everything. Keep all your receipts and medical documents in the meantime.
明白了。今天下午我就去诊所，拿到证明马上发给你。表格我今晚填好。
Perfect. And please do not return to site until the doctor clears you. Your health comes first, the paperwork is my job.
