Childhood Immunisation

Good morning. I see Emma is here for her four-year-old immunisations today. Before we start, has she been unwell recently?
早上好。她这两天有一点流鼻涕，但是没有发烧，吃饭睡觉都正常。这样可以打吗？
A mild runny nose without fever is fine. Today she is due for two injections, which cover several diseases in combination.
打完以后会有什么反应吗？我听别的妈妈说有的孩子会发烧，我需要准备什么？
Mild fever and a sore arm are common for a day or two. You can give children's paracetamol if she is uncomfortable.
明白了。如果发烧超过两天，或者温度很高，我应该带她回来还是直接去医院？
If the fever lasts more than two days or she seems very unwell, see your GP promptly, or call the health advice line anytime.
好的。这次打完，她的疫苗记录会自动更新吗？幼儿园那边需要我提供证明。
Yes, it goes into the national register automatically, and you can print her immunisation history statement from your myGov account.

Bring the overseas record next time, and a doctor can assess it and add the valid doses to the register for you.
