Good morning, Mr Gurung. I've carefully reviewed your CT scan results from Westmead Hospital. How have your headaches been since the fall three weeks ago?
डाक्टर, टाउको दुख्ने र चक्कर लाग्ने समस्या अझै छ। कहिलेकाही सामान्य कुरा पनि बिर्सिन्छु, विशेषगरी बिहान उठ्दा धेरै गाह्रो हुन्छ।
Have you had any vomiting, loss of consciousness, or seizures since the accident? Are you sleeping well, and have you noticed any memory problems recently?

This looks like a mild concussion. Please rest, avoid screens, and don't do strenuous activity. Come back for review in two weeks.
