Thanks for coming in today - I see from the notes you've had headaches for a while. When did they start, and how severe is the pain, one to ten?
नमस्ते डाक्टर। झन्डै दुई हप्तादेखि टाउको दुखेको छ, बिहान उठ्दा दस मध्ये सात जति दुख्छ।
Do you feel nauseous, notice any changes in your vision, or become sensitive to bright light when this happens?
छैन, वाकवाकी हुँदैन, तर उज्यालो ठाउँमा गएपछि आँखा दुख्छ।
Have you had any recent head injury, or has anyone in your family had migraines? Also, are you currently taking any medication?
छैन, कुनै चोट लागेको छैन। तर मेरी आमालाई पनि यस्तै टाउको दुख्ने समस्या थियो। म अहिले कुनै औषधि खाइरहेको छैन।
Based on your symptoms, this looks like a tension headache, possibly linked to stress. I'll refer you to Westmead Hospital for a scan if it doesn't improve.
के मैले अहिले नै औषधि लिनुपर्छ, कि पहिले परीक्षण पर्खनुपर्छ?
You can take paracetamol now for relief, but please avoid caffeine and get enough sleep. If the headache doesn't ease within three days, come back.
ठिक छ डाक्टर। मैले बुझें। के मैले काम जान सक्छु, कि आराम गर्नुपर्छ?
You can go to work if you feel able, but please rest if the pain worsens. Avoid screens for long periods and stay hydrated.
