Good afternoon. I have your results here. Your blood pressure readings over the past month are still higher than we would like to see.
नमस्ते डाक्टर। मैले घरमा पनि नापेको छु। बिहान प्रायः एक सय पचास जति हुन्छ, बेलुका अलि कम हुन्छ। आजकल काममा धेरै तनाव छ।
Stress can certainly play a part. Have you been taking the medication every morning as we discussed, and have you noticed any side effects?
औषधि मैले प्रायः छुटाएको छैन। तर कहिलेकाहीँ रिंगटा लाग्छ, विशेष गरी छिटो उठ्दा। के यो सामान्य हो?
Mild dizziness can happen. I will adjust your dose slightly, and I want you to keep a record of your readings twice a day.
हुन्छ। खानपानमा के कुरा ध्यान दिनुपर्छ? मलाई नुनिलो र गुलियो खान मन पर्छ।
Reducing salt is one of the most effective changes. Also try to walk for thirty minutes a day, five days a week if you can.
हिँड्न त सक्छु। अनि डाक्टर, मेरो बुबालाई मुटुको समस्या थियो। मैले थप जाँच गर्नुपर्छ?
Family history is relevant. I will order a blood test and a heart check, and we will review everything together at your next visit.
नतिजा आउन कति समय लाग्छ? रगत जाँच गर्न खाली पेट आउनुपर्छ?
Yes, please fast from midnight before the blood test. The results usually come back within a week, and the clinic will call you.
