Good afternoon, Mr Yousafzai. I understand your wisdom tooth has been causing pain for a few days. Can you show me exactly where it hurts?
ډاکتر صاحبه، دا درد له دوه ورځو راهیسي ډیر زیات دی، او دلته یو څه پړسوب هم راغلی دی. کله چې خواړه خورم نو درد نور هم زیاتیږي.
It looks like your wisdom tooth is infected and there's some swelling. I'll prescribe antibiotics, but if the swelling doesn't go down, we may need to remove it.
زه د پنسلین څخه هیڅ حساسیت نه لرم، خو ډار لرم چې که غاښ ایستل شي نو درد به نور هم زیات شي.
Since the infection is close to a nerve, I'll refer you to the oral surgery department at Box Hill Hospital for a proper assessment.

The referral usually takes about ten days to process, and the hospital appointment itself is bulk-billed, so you won't need to pay anything.
