Good morning, I understand your eye has been red and irritated. Can you tell me when the symptoms started and what you've noticed?
ਡਾਕਟਰ ਸਾਬ੍ਹ, ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੱਜੀ ਅੱਖ ਲਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਖਾਰਸ਼ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਗਾੜ੍ਹਾ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਨਿਕਲਦਾ ਹੈ, ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ ਦਰਦ ਵੀ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

It's mildly contagious, so wash your hands often, avoid touching your eyes, and don't share towels or pillows with others at home.

If it's bacterial and you're using antibiotic drops, you can usually return after 24 hours without discharge. Without antibiotics, it's safer to wait a full three days.
