Good morning, I'm the emergency nurse looking after you today. Can you tell me when your breathing difficulty started and how severe it feels right now?
ਮੇਰਾ ਸਾਹ ਕੋਈ ਅੱਧਾ ਘੰਟਾ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਔਖਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ, ਹੁਣ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਤੰਗ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਛਾਤੀ ਵੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ।
Have you used your blue reliever puffer today? If so, how many puffs did you take, and when was the last one?

This treatment should help within fifteen minutes. If you don't feel any improvement by then, we'll consider stronger medication or admission to Westmead Hospital.

Please continue using your regular preventer inhaler daily, even when you feel well, since stopping suddenly without medical advice can trigger another attack.
