Good morning, I'm your solicitor from Legal Aid NSW. Can you please tell me exactly what happened when this assault occurred outside the shopping centre yesterday?
ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਸੱਤ ਵਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਹੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਨੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਗੱਲ ਤੋਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਧੱਕਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਤੇ ਮੁੱਕਾ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
Did you receive any medical treatment afterwards? Do you have a report from the hospital or your GP confirming the extent of your injuries?

If the accused doesn't appear in court without a valid reason, the magistrate can issue a warrant for his immediate arrest.
