Thanks for calling NRMA Insurance. I understand your roof was damaged during last week's storm in Dapto — could you describe exactly what happened and when you first noticed it?
Your policy includes a six hundred dollar excess for storm damage claims. Would you like me to explain how that excess can be paid?
Yes, the six hundred dollar excess can be split into two payments. If it isn't fully paid before repairs start, the claim may be delayed.
I'll arrange an assessor to visit your Dapto property this Thursday at ten a.m. Could someone be home to let them in?
Standard repairs are covered under your policy, but upgrades like premium tiles aren't included unless you choose to pay the difference yourself.
Once the assessor's report is submitted, NRMA usually finalises the claim decision within five business days.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Sinhala dialogues · All languages
