Mr. Reyes, your recent scan showed a mass in your liver, and we need to perform a biopsy soon to confirm whether it is cancerous or benign.

The biopsy itself takes about thirty to forty-five minutes, and as a public patient, you will not pay any extra fee.
Menos mal. Pero tengo diabetes tipo dos: ¿es seguro ayunar desde la medianoche hasta la biopsia, o eso podría bajarme demasiado el azúcar?
That is an important question. We will adjust your insulin dose the night before and check your blood sugar before the procedure, so it stays safe.
