Home Theft Insurance Claim – Excess Query
Claims Consultant (speaking English) and Client (speaking Spanish) talk through “Home Theft Insurance Claim – Excess Query”. You interpret both ways — English into Spanish, and Spanish into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Mr. Alvarez, thanks for calling about your theft claim. Can you describe what items were taken from your home in Bondi Junction last night, and roughly when it happened?
Did you report the theft to the police already? I'll need the event number and the exact date for our file.
The five hundred dollar excess isn't paid upfront — it's simply deducted from your final settlement once the claim is approved.
If you don't have receipts, that's fine — a bank statement, warranty card, or photos of the jewellery can support your estimate.
Please upload the police report, receipts, and photos through the NRMA app under 'My Claims' so I can start the assessment today.
Once everything's uploaded, an assessor will review your claim within a few days and contact you directly with the outcome.
Muchas gracias por su ayuda. Quedaré atento a la llamada del evaluador.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Spanish dialogues · All languages
