Thanks for coming in again, Mrs Debnath. Since our last review three weeks ago, how has Priya's eating been at home, and has anything changed with her mood?
Has she mentioned feeling dizzy or tired, and are you noticing any vomiting, laxative use, or excessive exercise after meals?
Her weight has dropped by two kilograms since last visit, which is concerning. I'd like to start a structured program, twice weekly for six weeks, alongside regular blood tests.
This runs through Barwon Health's outpatient eating disorder service, so there's no cost involved, but we'll need your GP to prepare a mental health treatment plan first.
If her weight doesn't stabilise within four weeks despite this support, we may need to consider a short inpatient admission for closer monitoring and meal supervision.
Her school can arrange a learning support plan, and we'll liaise with them directly so she doesn't fall behind while she focuses on recovery.
