Tell me exactly what's been bothering your nose and eyes over the past few days, and when it started.
Kolegice, već tjedan dana kišem, oči mi svrbe i suze, a ujutro je najgore, otkad je počela sezona peludi.
Has this happened before, do you have any history of asthma, and are you allergic to any medications currently?
Nemam astmu, ali svake godine u proljeće imam alergiju na pelud, samo je ove godine puno gore nego inače.
I'd suggest starting with a daily non-drowsy antihistamine tablet, plus a corticosteroid nasal spray if your congestion doesn't settle within three or four days.
Hoće li mi tablete izazvati pospanost? Moram voziti na posao svaki dan, pa me to brine.
The tablet shouldn't make you drowsy at all, but the nasal spray needs several days of regular use before it starts working properly.
Znači li to da moram koristiti sprej svaki dan, čak i kad mi bude bolje, ili mogu prestati ranije?
You shouldn't stop the spray once you feel better — you need to keep using it daily right through the whole pollen season, or your symptoms will come straight back.
