Health Insurance Claim for Physiotherapy Sessions
Insurance Claims Officer (speaking English) and Client (speaking Dutch) talk through “Health Insurance Claim for Physiotherapy Sessions”. You interpret both ways — English into Dutch, and Dutch into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Thanks for waiting, Mr de Wit. I've pulled up your claim for the physiotherapy sessions at Concord Repatriation Hospital right now.
The claim is on hold because we still need a letter from your specialist confirming the diagnosis and the number of approved sessions.
Without that letter we can't approve further sessions, but you can submit it either through the Medibank app or by post to our claims office.
You can post it to our Sydney claims centre at the address on your policy letter, and yes, please keep a copy for your records.
There's no set timeframe, but once the letter arrives, the assessment team reviews it as part of their regular claims queue.
You'd need to pay upfront for now, then claim a refund once the letter is processed; nothing else is paused in the meantime.
