Thank you for holding, Mr Janssen. I'm calling from QBE Insurance regarding your injury claim after the collision on Chapel Street last month. I'd like to check on your recovery.

Have you seen a doctor or physiotherapist yet, and do you have any medical certificates covering your time off work so far?
Ik ben bij mijn huisarts geweest en die heeft me doorverwezen naar een fysiotherapeut, maar ik heb nog geen specialist gezien.

That depends on your GP's advice, but many clients return to light duties within two to three weeks if pain allows, though some need longer.
Begrijpelijk. Kunt u me ook vertellen wanneer ik de uitkomst van de claim kan verwachten?
Once we receive the specialist's report, decisions are usually made within six to eight weeks, though complex cases can take longer if further tests are needed.
