Full transcript
Good morning, I'm the practice nurse here at the clinic. How has your asthma been since your last visit, and have you had any wheezing this week?
Do you know what triggers these symptoms—cold air, dust, or exercise? Also, are you still using your blue reliever inhaler as prescribed?
That's helpful to know. Let's check your inhaler technique together, and I'll show you how to use a spacer for better medicine delivery.
It works well for adults too. You should use your reliever no more than four times a day; if symptoms increase, please contact the clinic immediately.
Good. I'd like you to have a follow-up review at Westmead Hospital's respiratory clinic in three weeks to check your lung function.
Yes, it's bulk-billed through Medicare, so you won't need to pay anything, unless you choose a private specialist instead.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Hindi dialogues · All languages
