Good morning. I'm calling from the Department of Home Affairs about your citizenship application. Can I confirm your full name and date of birth, please?

Thank you. Your application shows you've lived in Australia for four years. Have you been outside the country for more than 12 months in total?

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
