Good morning. I understand you would like to report a lost wallet. Can you tell me when and where you last saw it?
नमस्ते। कल दोपहर मैं ट्रेन से घर लौट रही थी। स्टेशन पर कॉफ़ी खरीदते समय बटुआ मेरे पास था, लेकिन घर पहुँचकर नहीं मिला।
Which station was that, and roughly what time? These details help us check with the station's lost property office.
सेंट्रल स्टेशन, लगभग साढ़े चार बजे। बटुआ भूरे चमड़े का है। उसमें मेरा लाइसेंस, एक बैंक कार्ड और लगभग अस्सी डॉलर नकद थे।
Thank you. Have you contacted your bank to cancel the card? That should be your first step to protect your money.
बैंक कार्ड मैंने कल रात ही बंद करवा दिया था। मुझे लाइसेंस की चिंता है। नया बनवाना मुश्किल तो नहीं? कोई उसका ग़लत इस्तेमाल तो नहीं करेगा?
You can apply for a replacement licence online or at a service centre. I will give you a report number, which you can use for the application.
