Thanks for coming in today. I have your file here about a call claiming you'd won a lottery. Can you walk me through what happened?
नमस्ते सर, मुझे एक अनजान नंबर से कॉल आया था। उन्होंने कहा कि मैंने एक बड़ी लॉटरी जीती है, लेकिन इनाम पाने के लिए पाँच सौ डॉलर की फीस भेजनी होगी।
Did you send any money to this caller, and if so, how much did you pay? How exactly did they first contact you?

I'm sorry to say this is a common lottery scam targeting many people in Australia. Please don't send any more money or share personal details with this person.

Unfortunately it's unlikely you'll recover that three hundred dollars, but I can lodge an official report with the Australian Federal Police and also notify your bank today.
