Thanks for coming in today. Can you tell me how long you've had this diarrhoea, and roughly how many times a day it's happening?
È da tre giorni ormai, e vado in bagno circa sei volte al giorno. Sono davvero stanco e mi sento debole.
Have you noticed any blood in your stool, or had a fever? Have you travelled recently, or eaten anywhere unusual lately?
Non ho visto sangue, ma ho avuto la febbre ieri sera. Ho mangiato in un ristorante tailandese vicino a casa venerdì scorso.
If you feel dizzy, very thirsty, or notice dark urine, that could mean dehydration. Please go straight to Liverpool Hospital if that happens.

We'll test a stool sample to check for infection. Avoid dairy and greasy food, and don't take anti-diarrhoeal tablets if your fever continues.
