Mr. Conti, before we start the examination, can you walk me through exactly what happened when you fell and hit your head this afternoon?

After you fell, did you lose consciousness at any point, and if you did, for roughly how long?
Sì, ho perso conoscenza per circa un minuto. Quando mi sono ripreso ero molto confuso e non ricordavo affatto cosa fosse successo.
Since the accident, have you felt nauseous, vomited at all, or noticed how severe your headache has become?
