Mr Bianchi, I've just taken your blood pressure and it's reading one hundred and sixty over ninety-five, which is quite high compared to your last visit today.
Sì, dottoressa, in questi giorni ho mal di testa e mi sento un po' stordito. Ho smesso di prendere le compresse perché mi davano fastidio allo stomaco.
Have you stopped taking your blood pressure tablets completely, or have you just missed a few doses this week, Mr Bianchi?
Le ho smesso completamente da circa due settimane, dottoressa. Non le prendo più perché mi facevano venire la nausea ogni mattina.
It's not safe to stop suddenly, because your blood pressure can rise sharply and increase the risk of stroke. Please don't change the dose without speaking to your doctor first.
