Thank you for calling about your water damage claim, Mrs. Bianchi. Could you please describe exactly what happened and tell me when the leak first started?
Buongiorno, grazie per aver richiamato. Sabato scorso ho notato un'infiltrazione d'acqua dal soffitto della cucina, proprio sopra il forno, e ho subito spento la corrente per sicurezza.
Have you had a licensed plumber inspect the property yet, and were they able to identify the exact source of the leak?
Sì, ho chiamato un idraulico lunedì mattina. Ha controllato tutto e ha confermato che il tubo del bagno al piano di sopra si è rotto.
