Thanks for calling NRMA Insurance, this is Claims Officer Sarah. I understand you'd like to report storm damage to your roof in Wollongong from last week's storm, is that correct?

How extensive is the damage - is the roof fully exposed, and have you needed any emergency repairs since the storm hit?

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- nrma insurance固有名詞なので「NRMA」または「NRMA保険」とそのまま言う。
- excess「自己負担額」または保険業界用語として『免責金額』と訳す。
