Your protection visa application has been refused. The correct next step is to apply for merits review at the Administrative Review Tribunal, not the courts.

You must lodge your ART application within 28 days. Your wife and two children can be included, but only if they were named as dependants in your original application.

Yes, you can submit additional evidence before the ART hearing, as long as it's relevant and submitted before the deadline the Tribunal sets.

The ART will schedule an interview where a member reviews your case; your lawyer can attend and speak on your behalf.
如果面谈的时候我很紧张，说不清楚，您可以代表我们出席吗？
Yes, I can represent you at the hearing. The Department of Home Affairs will also present its case to the Tribunal.
如果复审仍然被拒绝，我们还有别的办法吗？
If the ART also refuses, you cannot appeal again on the facts. You could seek judicial review at the Federal Circuit and Family Court, but only for legal error.
