Good morning, I'm the employment support consultant. You mentioned you were fired from your job last week — can you tell me exactly what happened?

Did your employer give you any written notice, or just a verbal statement? This matters for your rights under the Fair Work Act.

An unfair dismissal claim can be lodged with the Fair Work Commission within 21 days of dismissal, regardless of notice. Lack of notice is a separate entitlement matter.
