Let's start with your separation date — when did you and your husband actually begin living separately, even if you're still under the same roof?
आम्ही गेल्या वर्षी जानेवारी महिन्यापासून वेगळे राहतो, पण अजूनही एकाच घरात आहोत.
For divorce, you must be separated for at least twelve months before applying to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

A parenting plan isn't compulsory for the divorce itself, but the court won't finalise it unless arrangements for the children are adequate.

If neither party contests the application, a court hearing usually isn't required, and the divorce order typically takes effect one month later.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- federal circuitपरीक्षेत 'Federal Circuit Court' असे इंग्रजी नाव जसेच्या तसे ठेवावे, आणि आवश्यक असल्यास 'संघीय न्यायालय' असे स्पष्टीकरण जोडावे.
