Good morning, thank you for coming in today. I'd like to understand your situation better — can you tell me what's been happening with your drug use recently?
नमस्ते डाक्टर साहेब। साँच्चै भन्नुपर्दा, विगत केही महिनादेखि मलाई लागू पदार्थको लत लागिरहेको छ, र आफैं यसलाई नियन्त्रण गर्न धेरै गाह्रो भइरहेको छ।
I understand that must be difficult. How long have you been using, and how often do you use it each week?
लगभग दुई वर्षदेखि प्रयोग गर्दै आएको हुँ। पहिले कहिलेकाहीं मात्र गर्थें, तर अहिले हप्तामा तीन पटकसम्म प्रयोग गर्नुपर्ने भइरहेको छ।
That sounds like a heavy burden to carry alone. Do you have any family or friends who know about this and can support you through treatment?

There's a treatment program at Odyssey House that offers counselling, group therapy, and detox support for people in your situation. Would you be willing to try it?

Most of the cost is covered through Medicare, but if you don't attend your sessions regularly, we won't be able to keep your place in the program.
