Good morning, Sunita. Thank you for coming in today. Based on the assessment results, your father is showing early signs of dementia, though his memory loss is still quite mild.

That means he may need some support with daily tasks like cooking or medication, but he doesn't need full-time residential care at this stage.

We can refer him to My Aged Care for a Home Care Package assessment, which usually takes around six weeks to be finalised.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
