Thanks for coming in today. I've got your file here about the vehicle taken from outside your home. When did you first realise it was missing?
Before that, what time did you last actually see the car, and where precisely was it parked the night before it disappeared?
Aside from yourself, does anyone else have access to a spare key, the remote control, or the vehicle's PIN code?
Do you currently hold comprehensive insurance through your insurance company, or do you only have third-party property cover on this vehicle?
I'll issue you an official police report number today; you will need this exact reference number later when you lodge your insurance claim.
Yes, that's correct—phone your insurance company directly with this report number to start your claim, and contact us if the vehicle turns up.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Nepali dialogues · All languages
