Thanks for calling HCF claims team today. Could you please explain exactly what happened with your recent physiotherapy claim submission?

For physiotherapy following surgery, our policy requires a referral dated before treatment starts, otherwise the extras claim simply won't be approved by our claims system.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
