Mr Singh, I'm your Legal Aid NSW solicitor. Your son has been charged with manslaughter, not murder, because the prosecution says there was no intent to kill.
ਮੈਡਮ, ਮੇਰਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਘਬਰਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ?
The next hearing is at Parramatta Local Court on Tuesday at 10am. Bail was refused last time, but we can apply again if circumstances change.
