Welcome to Merrylands Community Mental Health, Mrs Sandhu. I'm Daniel, from intake. Your first appointment is on 7 November at 4 pm. Is anything worrying you about coming?
ਸਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਜੀ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਘਬਰਾਹਟ ਹੈ। ਭੀੜ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠਣਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਔਖਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹਾਂ।
Yes, we can arrange that. We have two waiting areas: the main room, and a smaller, quieter room down the hall. Would you prefer the quieter one?
