Take a seat, Mr. Fernando. Can you tell me exactly how you hurt your back and when this pain started?
ඩොක්ටර් මහත්මියේ, පෙරේදා මම වැගා වැගා නගරයේ ගබඩාවක පෙට්ටි උස්සනකොට මගේ පිටේ එකපාරටම තියුණු වේදනාවක් ඇති වුණා.
On a scale of one to ten, how bad is the pain? Do you feel any numbness or tingling in your legs?
වේදනාව දහයෙන් හතක් විතර තියෙනවා. මගේ දකුණු කකුලේ ටිකක් හිරි වැටෙනවා වගේ දැනෙනවා, කෙළින් සිටගන්නත් අමාරුයි.
Your muscles are quite tense and movement is restricted. I'll refer you for an X-ray at I-MED Radiology here in Wagga Wagga.

Results usually take about two days. I'll also start a GP Chronic Disease Management Plan for physiotherapy, though it only gives a partial rebate, not full coverage.
