Thanks for coming in today. Can you tell me when these headaches first started, how often they occur, and whether anything seems to trigger them, like stress or poor sleep?
Dit het omtrent drie weke gelede begin, Dokter. Dit gebeur amper elke dag, twee keer per dag, en dit voel erger in die oggende. Ek dink miskien is dit stres by die werk.
Where exactly is the pain located, and have you noticed any nausea, sensitivity to light, or changes in your vision recently?
Die pyn is meestal voor in my kop, oor my oë. Ek voel nie naar nie, maar soms raak my sig vaag as die lig te helder is.
Have you taken any medication for the pain so far, and do you have any known allergies I should be aware of?
Ek het paracetamol geneem, maar dit het nie regtig gehelp nie. Ek het geen bekende allergieë nie, sover ek weet.
I'd like to refer you for a CT scan at Royal Perth Hospital, just to rule out anything more serious causing these headaches.
