Follow-up Consultation After a Head Injury
医生 (speaking English) and 患者 (speaking Arabic) talk through “Follow-up Consultation After a Head Injury”. You interpret both ways — English into Arabic, and Arabic into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Full transcript
Mr. Al-Sayed, it has been ten days since your fall at the construction site in Blacktown. How have you been feeling since your discharge from hospital last week?
Do you also notice any memory lapses, dizziness when standing up quickly, or difficulty concentrating during your work tasks this week?
Your CT scan at Blacktown Hospital showed no bleeding, but there is mild swelling that should resolve within about six weeks with rest.
Not yet - you should avoid heavy lifting, driving, or overtime work for at least four weeks, returning only with medical clearance from me.
Paracetamol is fine for now, but avoid ibuprofen since it can increase bleeding risk after a recent head injury like yours.
Yes - if you develop severe headache, repeated vomiting, or sudden confusion at night, call triple zero immediately rather than waiting until morning.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks

Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Arabic dialogues · All languages
