Thanks for coming in, Mr. Haddad. This is our first session, and I've read the referral from your GP about the panic attacks that started three weeks ago.

How often do these attacks happen, and is anything specific triggering them, like phone calls or filling in job applications?

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- lifelineيُقال الاسم كما هو Lifeline لأنه اسم خدمة محددة معروفة.
- medicareيُقال الاسم كما هو بالإنجليزية Medicare دون ترجمته، لأنه اسم برنامج حكومي محدد.
