Thanks for coming in so quickly — can you tell me exactly what happened right before your breathing suddenly became difficult today?
We're starting you on a salbutamol nebuliser right now; your oxygen saturation reading is ninety-two percent, so we'll need to monitor you closely for a while.
You'll likely need the nebuliser for about twenty minutes this time, then we'll listen to your chest again before deciding whether you need another dose.
You should stay home tomorrow and rest properly; please don't return to work until your breathing feels completely normal and steady again.
You'll receive an electronic script sent straight to your phone, not a paper prescription, unless you'd specifically prefer a printed copy instead.
Your GP can arrange a respiratory referral through Blacktown Hospital if your symptoms continue, worsen, or return again over the next few days.
